Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Times
In-Stock Items: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours.

Special Orders/Backorders: Items marked as "Special Order" or currently on backorder will have extended lead times. You will receive an email notification with an estimated ship date within 2 business days of your purchase.

Weekend/Holidays: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or postal holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer several tiers of shipping to ensure your performance parts arrive safely:

Standard Ground: (3–7 business days) – Ideal for non-urgent maintenance components.

Expedited: (2-Day or Overnight) – Available for most items at checkout. Note: Selecting expedited shipping does not bypass the standard processing time.

Flat Rate/Free Shipping: We offer free standard ground shipping on orders over $70 (excluding oversized items and shipments to AK, HI, or PR).

3. Oversized & Freight Shipping
Certain automotive components (e.g., full exhaust systems, suspension kits, body panels) are classified as oversized.

Freight Delivery: These items may ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight.

Requirement: A valid phone number is required for all freight orders so the carrier can schedule a delivery window. You must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.

4. Order Tracking
Once your label is created, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the status of your package.

5. Shipping Restrictions
P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship oversized items or high-value performance parts to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.

Hazardous Materials: Items such as certain cleaning fluids, batteries, or pressurized shocks may be restricted to Ground Shipping only due to DOT regulations.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments
Inspection: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

Claims: If a part arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. Do not attempt to install a damaged part, as this may void your ability to file a claim.
